Site layouts for the financier's secluded Caribbean island featured within the released materials.
Additionally included in this latest document release is shown to be a property layout for Great St James island, situated in the American territory.
The financier bought a smaller island - Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but subsequently obtained the larger adjacent island in 2016 for around $22.5 million.
This visual evidence suggest he had drawn up plans to build upon the substantial island by constructing homes, an amphitheatre, an underwater office and a reservoir.
Marked on the plan is a local waterway, a strait in the region, noted on the bottom right.
The architectural drawing is annotated in handwritten red notes and contains a legend detailing various sections of the estate.
Accompanying the main plan are what appear to be nine other construction diagrams and construction drawings, featuring designs for boat shelters.
Further materials disclosed as part of the current oversight process.
